Load Control Centre (LCC) Systems
TES has been successfully involved in the design, supply, installation and upgrades of various systems for Load Control Centres (LCC) at very affordable rates, TES draws on our experience to continuously be involved in such projects.
From integration of booms, loops, WIMs, traffic lights, axle sensors, and various types of cameras for varying purposes to even the Load Control Centre operational software and Weighbridge software, TES excels at affordable costs for design and implementations of such projects. In this manner, TES installed related systems at the N1 Mantsole Traffic Control Centre project and upgraded Boane and Matola Weighbridge centres in Mozambique through installing various related equipment and facilitating the installation and integration of operational and weighbridge software.
TES has also successfully completed a major project for SGS Kenya serving as a Systems Designer, Supplier, Installer and Maintainer of 11 Complete Load Control Centres.
TES oversees and actively participates in the design, development, supply, installation, integration, commission, maintenance and remote support operation of all Traffic Control (TC), related hardware and infrastructure as well as the weighbridge and TC software and their required IT installations.
TC related integrated hardware include systems and components such as:
Screening HSWIM installations with off-scale hit detection, IP ANPR (Internet Protocol,Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and
IP (Internet Protocol) Overview cameras.
Vehicle count and classification loggers with IP cameras for auditing and transgression purposes.
Automatic access control booms with presence inductive loops.
Directing/stop-and-go traffic lights with presence inductive loops.
IP and Analogue CCTV cameras.
Infrastructure installations for communications, including fibre optics, and electrical power distribution systems.
IT Hardware.
Software development and implementation includes:
User friendly weigh software for multi-deck or single-axle-weigh systems, including relevant prosecution modules and printing of weigh slips and charge sheets.
Software programs at TC directing points to assist staff in identifying and directing heavy vehicles as processed by the system.
Traffic Control (TC) modules customized for each weighbridge to screen and direct heavy vehicle traffic in the various control zones between HSWIM screen, site entrance, weighbridge, Yard for load correction or prosecution and site exit. The TC modules are refined for vehicle flow control between control zones, queue management, yard and site management.
All relevant information for a single heavy vehicle such as HSWIM record information, ANPR and Overview pictures and weigh details are linked for that heavy vehicle and stored in a database. This allows the production of customized management reports for overloading and operational management.
LCC data can be uploaded to central server databases which allow the production of customized reports on a massive country wide scope with immense data evaluation capabilities and opportunities for weighbridge operational management as well as Overloading control, for example, tracking single vehicle and operator behaviours at different weighbridges and on different routes.
A web-enabled maintenance issue tracker system whereby client and service provider can accommodate, assess, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems.
